1. Introduction
Welcome to ApexMan Advisory & Tours Pvt Ltd. These terms and conditions govern your use of our services and the booking of travel-related services through our company. By booking a tour package or any travel-related services with us, you agree to adhere to and be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Definitions
Company: Refers to ApexMan Advisory & Tours Pvt Ltd.
Customer: Refers to the individual or entity booking a tour package.
Service: Refers to the travel-related services provided by the Company, including flight, transportation, accommodation, tours, and travel insurance.
3. Booking and Payment
Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only when the full payment or a specified deposit is received.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made through bank transfers, credit cards, UPI, or cash (subject to providing PAN cards).
Prices: All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. The price of your travel arrangements will be confirmed at the time of booking.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation by Customer: If you cancel your booking, cancellation fees may apply. The amount refunded will depend on the time of cancellation and the type of service booked.
Cancellation by Company: The Company reserves the right to cancel any service due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Payment methods for refunds will match the original payment method used.
5. Changes to Bookings
Customer-Initiated Changes: Any changes to a booking requested by the customer will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Company-Initiated Changes: The Company reserves the right to make changes to your booking if necessary. In such cases, we will provide comparable alternatives or a refund if no suitable alternatives are available.
6. Travel Documentation
Passports and Visas: Customers are responsible for obtaining and carrying the appropriate travel documents, including passports and visas.
Health Requirements: Customers must ensure they meet all health requirements and have the necessary vaccinations for their destination.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical expenses, personal liability, and other unforeseen events.
8. Liability and Disclaimer
Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other events considered "force majeure".
Disclaimer of Warranties: The Company makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the services provided.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Conduct: Customers are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful and considerate of others during the tour.
Compliance: Customers must comply with all local laws, regulations, and customs while on the tour.
10. Privacy Policy

11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi.
